Itinerary
Arrive at Jammu or Srinagar airport/railway station and transfer to your hotel or houseboat (if in Srinagar). Enjoy an evening shikara ride on Dal Lake (time permitting) and explore local markets. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
After breakfast, visit the famous Mughal Gardens – Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh and Chashme Shahi. Explore the old city, local handicraft shops and viewpoints around Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Take a full-day excursion to either Gulmarg or Pahalgam (as per season and choice). Enjoy stunning meadows, snow (in season), pony rides and optional gondola/cable car. Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Check out and proceed towards Manali (by road via Jammu or with a short flight sector – as per plan). Enjoy the changing scenery as you move from Kashmir valley towards Himachal. Evening at leisure in Manali. Overnight stay in Manali.
Explore Manali: visit Hadimba Temple, Mall Road, Old Manali and nearby viewpoints. Depending on the season, you can also visit Solang Valley for adventure activities. Overnight stay in Manali.
Start the legendary Manali–Leh highway drive. Cross Rohtang Pass and drive through scenic valleys and riverside roads to reach Jispa or Sarchu (as per route and season). High-altitude night stay with stunning Himalayan views.
Continue towards Leh, crossing high passes such as Baralacha La, Nakee La and Lachung La (route may vary with weather and road conditions). Reach Leh by evening and rest for acclimatization. Overnight stay in Leh.
Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Visit Diskit Monastery and explore Hunder sand dunes with optional camel ride on double-humped camels. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Proceed towards the mesmerizing Pangong Lake (direct via Shyok route or via Leh, depending on plan and road conditions). Spend time by the lake capturing its changing blue hues. Overnight stay at Pangong / Leh (as per itinerary).
After breakfast, return to Leh (if staying at Pangong) and transfer to Leh airport for your onward journey. Trip ends with unforgettable Himalayan memories.
Itinerary can be shortened or extended (7–12 days) based on your starting point, travel style and acclimatization needs.
